So’Ham Meditation


 


Breathe in from 9 inches away from the nostrils and intellectually say as much… 'ooo' as you breathe in. Carry your attention to the 'so' as that 'so' goes internal, into the focal point of the cerebrum and focus of your body, then stops. Remain there for a negligible portion of a second, then, at that point, breathe out as you feel and say 'hammmm' all through the period of exhalation. You breathe out of the body and ham breaks down into the space. Inside these two stops, so and ham, inside that hole, there is a material of unadulterated mindfulness. On that material, your entire life is painted. Be with that material and afterward you will feel the unadulterated embodiment of your being. Your being is god, your being is reality, your being is the adoration divine. Simply stay there. With this training, so'ham will unfurl inward magnificence, internal bliss, and internal truth. As this training develops, keep on extending this specialty of focusing on the hole. While you are strolling, walk, however be established in the hole. While eating food, you are in the hole. Movements of every sort of life are going on at the fringe, the outline, yet you are well established in the hole of the heart. Your entire life turns into a show, a play, and you are just the watcher of the show. Each second is then a snapshot of harmony, love, and bliss. So'ham :: the "a" is articulated as the "a" in about, not the "a" in feline
